Major Events coming up!!

We have two major events coming in July, one personal and one business, both of equal importance.

We’ll talk of  the personal one first, my middle daughter is getting married on Friday 22nd July 2011.  Two years ago her partner of some years asked her to marry him and she said yes (could have been tricky if she had said no!) When they set the date it seemed an absolute age away but Vicky set to in organising everything very methodically and here we are with the day nearly upon us and I must say between them both they have done an amazing job.  Some may say its the ‘brides parents who organise the wedding’, well our family always likes to be different, my eldest daughter organised her own wedding and Vicky wished to follow suit, their arguement is that its their day and they want it exactly the way they want it and I was very happy to take a back seat, helping when it was asked for as I totally agree with this.  Too much stress is caused by opinions and thoughts of others or by what is deemed to be the right thing to do or the correct procedure. 

Both weddings reflect the individuality of both couples which I think is absolutely fantastic and I am sure when Sarah’s turn comes about we will have an equally individual wedding.

The second major event which is actually before the wedding on the 13th July 2011 at 7pm at the Chequers Hotel In Horley, Greer Suite, is a talk and book signing by award winning leading marketer Dee Blick, an evening where Dee will be extolling the virtues of powerful marketing tips to help all business’s large and small to make themselves known to a larger audience.

Some people say ‘oh but we have been to one of Dee’s talks recently, we don’t need to go again’ big mistake! the content of Dee’s talks vary considerably and no two talks are the same, from Dee’s vast years of experience in marketing,  many evenings of talks could be achieved before duplication occurred.

As I mentioned in a previous blog, we have a vested interest in Dee’s second book which is being launched on the 29th June 2011 and will be available for everyone to purchase a signed copy on the 13th July, we have been included as a case study and feel very honoured, so if any of you reading this have your own business or know someone who would benefit from attending then please do pass the information on, we are expecting a very good evening.

Each cottage is equipped with colour television, radio, fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, etc and is fully heated, They both sleep two and each cottage comprises of sitting room/dining area with open plan kitchen.  double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the whole being on one level, no steps.

All electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

March, April, £220.00.  May – October inclusive, £245.00.
